Some tweaks to speed up the code

Now works with refillable manastones as well as storebought manacharges.
Now exkludes Massive and Titan Manacharges as those are most often used as deathitems

Note that this plugin DOES NOT fill empty manastones. It uses those that you have pre-filled yourself. This is because filling manastones automatically is considered a risk of destroying unintended items. As another safeguard when dealing with refillable manastones, stones/charges are only applied to the player itself (GUID of the player). And no, you cannot destoy neither yourself nor any items by applying an empty manastone on you.
